You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as per RBI guidelines and provide valid identity, address, and income proof documents.
All information provided must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in rejection of application or termination of services.
We comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and may conduct additional verification as required by law.
By availing our services, you authorize us to share your credit information with Credit Information Companies (CICs) such as CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, and CRIF High Mark as per the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005. We may also obtain your credit information from these bureaus for assessment purposes.
We are committed to protecting your personal and financial data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and RBI guidelines. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data collection, usage, and protection.
Capup adheres to the Fair Practices Code as mandated by RBI. We are committed to transparent and ethical lending practices. Please refer to our Fair Practice Policy for complete details.
For any complaints or grievances, please contact our Grievance Redressal Officer. We are committed to resolving complaints within 30 days. For detailed procedures, please refer to our Grievance Redressal Policy.
If your grievance is not resolved satisfactorily, you may escalate to the RBI Ombudsman as per RBI guidelines.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, OTPs, and account information.
Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach. You are liable for all activities under your account until you report unauthorized access.

Capup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by applicable law. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted under Indian law and RBI regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. Outstanding dues must be settled even after termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to RBI regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
